The My Vodafone App is Vodafone’s most important channel for Vodafone customers by offering up-to-date information about data, call and sms consumption as well as the latest billing information. The majority of Vodafone’s customer base access the app frequently, so the main concern is to offer a simple, yet sophisticated, service.

​

As part of the design team, based in Vodafone's head office in London, we created a completely fresh user interface for the app, including the creation of a large portfolio of icons to aid customers in finding their way to products and services. Simple and modern in style, they represent the Vodafone brand in all channels, including packaging and above the line advertising.

WS2 – Web Simplicity 2 – was a large multiple stakeholder project which involved redesigning Vodafone's global website designed to be shared between all Vodafone's 21 markets.

 

Working as part of an agile team, we created a responsive framework with user-centric design principles and repeated user testing throughout the process, applying feedback and results to amend and revise the design through each sprint.

This tablet app was created for users in store. It is intended as a stand alone product that enables users to check through their usage and needs, and delivers a range of products and services based on these results.​​​
